Kitmise is an independent product discovery platform: we publish buying guides, comparisons, editor scores, and recommendations for creator and production gear. We are not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, stock, or take payment for any product listed, and purchases happen entirely on third-party merchant websites.

Prices, discounts, and stock status shown on Kitmise are indicative, sourced from merchants or public listings at the time of publishing, and may be outdated or inaccurate by the time you view them. The price displayed at checkout on the merchant's site is the one that applies. We make no guarantee that any product will be in stock or available at a listed price.

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. Commissions never determine our scores, rankings, or verdicts — editorial opinions are our own, and products we would not recommend still appear when they are relevant to a comparison.

You agree not to:

• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Kitmise or republish our content as your own;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including administrative areas;
• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

The Platform's text, design, scores, comparisons, and guides are owned by Kitmise or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to and share our pages, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Product names, brands, and logos belong to their respective owners; their use on Kitmise is for identification only and does not imply endorsement. Kitmise is not affiliated with any retailer or manufacturer shown.

The Platform links to third-party sites we do not control. When you leave Kitmise, the destination site's terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, practices, or policies of third-party sites.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Editor scores and verdicts are opinions, not guarantees of product performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitmise and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including losses arising from purchases made via third-party links, price differences, product defects, or data loss — arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, and may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
